Frank de Blase and Holly Randall

Highlighting the work of two sex photographers who have dabbled with a touch of hanky-spanky:

I found these two pictures on the website of photographer Frank de Blase. His black and white glamour shots nostalgically recreate the soft porn of the 1940-50s period.

I think a wide-angle lens has probably been used in this one – it has a striking sense of perspective anyway.

The categories in his free photo gallery include “beach bunnies”, “nudie cuties” “hotrod honeys” “swivellin exotics” – get the idea?

Fortunately, there’s a fetish category too – entitled “Battlin Buxotics”, whatever that means. This second spanking shot has more than a touch of Bettie Page about it.

Holly Randall is a glamour photographer who lists Ellen von Unwerth as one of her influences.

Holly’s mother Suze Randall is clearly an influence too. She worked for Playboy and Penthouse in the 1970s.

She also produced the 2006 mainstream porn flic Slut School, the cover of which is pretty similar. According to a review, this movie does actually deliver a spanking scene:

Here are two scenes that really popped out at me though as classics. First would be the second scene of the movie that stars Codi Milo, Jenna Haze, and Jeanie Marie. At the beginning Codi and Jenna are in the library when they get caught fooling around by the strict librarian, Jeanie. Their punishment is strict, pull up the skirt and get a spanking by her ruler, god forbid.
